Sometimes in life, we need a little help. Our hearts could use some support, our dreams a little illumination, our souls some tending. We seek place, we seek “healing,” we seek what our hearts know to be true. Time and again I am reminded by the plants and trees, the beings of the land, of my belonging in this amazing golden web of life. They have been my tender and wise friend, speaking to me through the language of my heart.

As such, I am here as a sort of matchmaker. To collaborate with you to find friendship, belonging, peace, meaning, and “healing” (whatever that means for you) with the plants, trees, gems and land itself who are reaching out to work with you, who want you to fall in love. As matchmaker, I am here to introduce your heart to the heartbeat of the earth in a way that is meaningful to you.
As part of this collaboration, we will weave together not only plant medicine, but the expansive potential of ritual and ceremony. To root you into your heart and to plant your heart in the earth. Ritual remedies are simple acts of intention and can bring about gentle and fantastic transformation, healing, and evolution. As matchmaker, we will work and play with the natural world to craft herbal and ritual remedies specific to your heart’s wants and needs.

I am so looking forward to connecting with you and supporting your heart, where ever it may be on your journey. We will go at your pace and only to places where you feel comfortable taking me. I’m not here to challenge you into depths you’re not yet comfortable exploring. I offer gentle grace from a heart rooted in the earth and am here to offer my matchmaker services – I’m so happy to introduce you to my plant friends!
Quite simply, we will have a conversation about where your heart could use some support. And after we meet, I will craft a kit of herbal remedies and ritual prompts specific to our heart-to-heart conversation.

Your level of experience with plants, herbs, sacred space, ritual is exactly where it needs to be. Whether you’re new to plant medicine or you’re a long-time practitioner, we’ll go, together, on the journey that you need at this moment in time.
In the time leading up to our meeting, and even during our conversation, please notice what you notice. Pay attention to any plants, trees, animals, places, feelings that come up. It is very likely that plants that want to work with you will start to make their presence known.

o Initial consultation 60-90 minutes (in person or over zoom) We will have a heart-to-heart to ascertain your needs, hopes, challenges, and what it is you’re seeking.
o Includes 15-minute follow-up (phone/zoom/email)
Upon completion of our consultation, you will receive:
o Three personal and customized plant-based remedies based on our time together.
o Personalized booklet (about 8-12 pages) with detailed information about the herbal remedies, step-by-step instructions for the ritual remedy, invitations to explore (art, music, food, inspiration, etc…), writing/divination prompts, and anything else that comes up to be shared with you. Includes my original illustrations, printed on 100% recycled paper and handbound with vintage thread.
o A complimentary copy of my zine on ritual and ceremony, “Your Heart is a Spiral”

*** If you are on any medications, please check with your doctor prior to taking herbal remedies, as I cannot consult on possible drug interactions with plant remedies. We can easily work with plants externally and on a frequency and energetic level so as to not interact with your medications, but please let me know ahead of time if you have any concerns about plants and your health.
